HK Observation Wheel
Dwarfed by the tower of International Finance Center Two in the background the HK Observation Wheel has been assembled. Now being operating on the waterfront of Hong Kong Island just next to public pier 9, this Swiss AEX Ferris Wheel has great views over the Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline as well as of the skyscrapers of the Central business district.
Due originally to open in mid 2014 it was delayed by terrible weather in Hong Kong but now operates daily and looks set to become a grand new attractions for visitors to the region.
The wheel is open all day and into the evening. Catch the best views at dusk when it isn't too dark but the city lines are lit. The Symphony of Lights 8pm every night is a great time to try as well!
